Erik’s career with Semonin Realtors began in 2014 as a REALTOR®, where he worked daily to build a strong network of clients and other working professionals in an effort to assist individuals through the complex process of buying and/or selling a home in Louisville, KY. Having the strong ability to assess property values through Market Analysis, develop selling strategies, and create and review contractual agreements to broker a successful and stress-free transaction quickly led Erik to become a Top Producing agent.
In 2021, Erik was approached and asked to join the leadership team of Semonin Realtors—Kentuckiana’s largest and leading real estate brokerage—to expand his talents to serve as a sales manager to 450 of the area’s finest real estate agents. This opportunity has multiplied his interest for serving all kinds of people, from all walks of life, to achieve their goals as successful business owners. Erik also chairs Semonin’s DE&I committee in effort to cultivate a positive and inclusive mindset among our members, and inspire active change through our community.
