Listing Concierge is Semonin’s in-house marketing program designed to turn every listing into a fully coordinated marketing campaign.
From photography and print marketing to digital promotion and social media, multiple channels are brought together and managed through one system — all coordinated for the agent under one roof.
Agents remain informed throughout the process through our project management platform, allowing them to see the progress of their listing marketing while the details move forward behind the scenes.

Bringing a listing to market involves far more than placing a property online.

Photography is scheduled, marketing materials are designed and produced, and listing promotion moves forward across both print and digital channels — including social media reels, targeted social media advertising, and other digital promotion designed to help listings reach the right audience.
