Semonin REALTORS® is deeply committed to community involvement and giving back through its long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity. In 2025, Semonin proudly marks its 28th Habitat for Humanity home build—an achievement that highlights the company’s dedication to supporting affordable housing and strengthening communities across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Each year, Semonin real estate agents and staff actively volunteer their time on build sites and host a highly successful annual dessert auction to raise vital funds. Fundraising efforts don’t stop there—Semonin continues to raise money year-round to ensure every Habitat home is fully supported. This ongoing commitment reflects the company’s mission to make a meaningful impact in the communities it serves, one home and one family at a time.
In addition to its impactful work with Habitat for Humanity, Semonin REALTORS® actively supports a variety of charitable organizations and community initiatives throughout the Greater Louisville area. The company is a proud sponsor of the Kentucky Derby Festival, one of the region’s most anticipated events, attracting over 1.5 million residents and visitors each year. Held at various sites throughout Louisville, the festival features more than 70 events, including Thunder Over Louisville, the Great Steamboat Race, and the Pegasus Parade. Semonin also contributes to The Parklands of Floyds Fork, a nearly 4,000-acre urban park system designed to preserve green space and promote outdoor recreation.
