Susan Wolf

Susan Wolf has been a proud member of the Semonin REALTORS® family since 2014 and now serves as Sales Manager, where she brings her experience, professionalism, and passion for people to the forefront of her leadership.

Alongside her husband, Dan, Susan is also one half of The Wolf Team—licensed REALTORS® serving clients throughout the Greater Louisville area, including Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt, and Spencer counties. Their real estate career began in 2013 with buying and managing investment properties. The following year, Dan left his 16-year career as an energy broker to join Susan, who brought more than 15 years of marketing and client relations expertise to the partnership.

Together, they have built a thriving business based 97% on referrals—a testament to their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients. Both Dan and Susan believe deeply in the power of homeownership and real estate investing as a cornerstone of financial growth, and they take great pride in helping others achieve their personal goals through thoughtful, client-first service.

Originally from Louisville, Susan was raised in the Audubon Park and St. Matthews neighborhoods and is a proud alumna of Sacred Heart Academy and the University of Louisville. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and is currently working on perfecting the art of minimalism. Susan and Dan adore their four children and their goldendoodle, and love hiking, live music, stand-up comedy, and exploring Kentucky’s bourbon scene.
