  • Process all listings, sales, and closings - MLS/Transaction auditing

  • Call in home warranties at the time of listing and/or call in home warranties prior to closing, as requested
  • Submit HomeServices Title request forms
  • Order escrow check requests prior to closing,as requested
  • Upload all documents to SkySlope (digital file management platform)
  • Set up Open Houses on the MLS
  • Prepare listing and open house flyers
  • Create social media graphics for New Listings, Under Contract & Sold

  • Prepare and process (label and mail) agent mailings
  • Complete sales reports
  • Enter client information into Reliance database, as requested
  • Update ShowingTime with client information,showing instructions
  • Schedule appointments for listings and buyers, as requested
  • Assemble listing & buyer presentations
  • Retrieve and distribute listing activity from websites to sellers
